’Shoe Boxes’ or to give it its proper name
Operation Christmas Child

Every Christmas School's, Club's, Individuals fill shoe boxes with toys, sweets, education objects, soap etc. and send them to a 'Drop Off Point'. These boxes are then sent and distributed among children in poor parts of the world.
International Christian Fellowship (ICF) used its premises for this purpose in 2005 when they collected 435 boxes and again in 2006 when they collected 3,793 boxes which were sent t
o Kiev.
In 2007 A Warehouse in Elstree Business Centre, Borehamwood, collecting boxes from post codes WD, HA, UB, and NW. This year 12,519 were processed and sent to Bosnia.

This was repeated in 2008 with
12,868 going to Bosnia.

In 2009 over 18,000 'Shoe-Boxes' were processed and sent to Mozambique.
